St.Thomas I.T.I is an Industrial Training Institute run by Catholic Diocese of Palghat and is affiliated with National Council for Vocational Training under the department of Ministry of Labour, Govt.of India. The institution was founded in the year 2001 to impart the concern for the unemployed youth. Hence it aims at their career oriented technical training and integrated personal formation. It is committed to provide world class education and training in need-based, market-responsive areas of Technology.

We conduct three formal courses and several non-formal courses. The formal courses are Tool & Die Making (Jigs & Fixtures), Mechanic (Motor Vehicle), Electrician and the Non-Formal courses are Diploma in Tool & Die Making, C.N.C Operator, wireman and several computer oriented courses. We have arranged placement for various companies through campus Recruitment after their training. All the trainees are give computer training, driving license, spoken English and personality development classes.
